A little about us!
Liberty Farm Dogs aim is to really provide pet care based on the needs of your animal and lifestyle. We meet and evaluate each family and come up with a care plan together. We know the most challenging time in your dogs life is when you can't be there. Which is why we developed our program to tailor services to, not only offer you support, but support that your animal thrives in.

We are a SLOW SOCIALIZATION boarding and daycare. This means we bring one new family in at a time and the dogs go through light training as they come in. At LFD's be believe that consistency is key if your dog sleeps in a crate in their own home they sleep in a crate here. Otherwise the dogs are allotted a lot of freedom. In order for them to have that freedom, and get comfortable enough to board, we require a minimum of one daycare prior to boarding.

For in home care we operate similiarly. All families go through a meet and greet process to go over the care routine and so we can determine who on our team is the best fit for your family. All of our team members go through training, background checks, safety and first aid. We can accommodate for visits, walks, and sleep in home.
a note from the owner:
Hi there!
My name is Haley, my husband Mike and I grew up in Mendham, NJ and moved to Bernardsville 2021.
My background with dogs started in the rescue field which led me to get my behaviorist certification and eventually to the dogs in this community. After many years of really understanding that the commercial kennel industry wasn't the best option for animals I developed our program here at Liberty Farm Dogs. I truly believe that dogs are family members who deserve the best care possible. Whether its daycare- to make sure they are getting adequate exercise and play, boarding-so they are being loved as much as they would at home, or in-home care- with one of my trustworthy staff members, your dog deserves to feel safe, secure and loved. There are lots of great options for your dog today and every dog has a place somewhere in this community. Reach out I'm happy to show your dog the love they need when you can't be there.
